    China always has to try and do better than the US. At least the gulf spill isn’t like this. ] see web page below.

    A relative spent some time in that part of China, which is a special place for foreign technicians to share technology.
    He helped teach a coal-rich nation to use sulphur dixide scrubbers to reduce acid rain from power plants. Ironic.
    Hopefully, this news item will be one more reason to learn to re-capture carbon dioxide from coal so the Chinese can power their cars with them. I’ve heard that they are already buying more cars than Americans do.
