Lowrance customer service

Anybody know whether crow tastes better with ketchup? Looks like I’m going to be dining on a plate of the bird tonite. I called this afternoon and within 3 minutes I was telling my tale of woe to a real live person regarding my LGC 3000 antenna. All he required was the s/n of the unit and my pertinant info and it’s on the way. It cost me $112 delivered to my door. In hindsite, maybe it’s not such a great idea to call in to them first thing the morning. Please pass the salt jerr

Lowrance has it’s own “change” they are working through.

It’s getting better all the time.

Also with Lindy-Little Joe. I had to hang on like a little bulldog, but they finally have a NEW customer service rep and he’s working with me. Now all I gotta do is get my lightening struck phone fixed and the world will be all rosey again. jerr

To little, to late, after years of lowrance, I’m ordering a Hummingbird in the neat future.
Three transducers and all I got after 30 mins waiting was, We sell replacement transducers” and the admitting they had problems with them…bye bye
