I have a problem with this charger. 2 of the 3 banks appear to be working normally, but 1 show check connection and flashes fully charged. The connections are clean and tight. Is the charger shot or am I missing something?
Maybe, check the battery for a short within?
Test the voltage at the ends of it’s (the charger) leads for amperes at the battery (disconected)?
Just a couple of possibles, maybe?
I have the same charger and when mine was doing something similar to what you describe it turned out to be a bad battery.

Load test the battery first and check for a short. Take a look at the inline fuse and make sure it has a good clean connection.
