A true sign of spring. Cabella’s spring catalog arrived in the mail the otherday and MN ’04 Fishing License go on sale Feb 18th on-line. The regulatons have been out for a while and available in a downloadable PDF format that’s handy to save on your hard drive for quick referance.
Guess NOT…although the cover is ’04 when you download it, you really get the ’03 regs. I’ll leave this link up, assuming that in 4 days it will be updated to ’04.
