Someone must have some experience getting DishNetwork to switch zip codes so a person can get FSN and watch the Twins when they are on. I live 15 miles from the MN border and have a friend that live about 8 miles from the MN border (1/2 way between my house and Winona) and he gets the Twins but I cannot based on my zip. Any idea fellow IDA’ers…does anyone have a connection to get this fixed. My zip is 54612

Is that all you have to do is put in a zip code for a different city and you can get the same channels they have? 
I have DirecTV and the service tech that came to my house last said that I need to call and have my billing address changed to change my local channels. I live 10 miles from Rochester but get Minneapolis channels. But my zip code is based off a town in the next county to the north.
If there is a way not to have to call I would also like to know.
call and tell them you are dropping there services if they cant deliver what you want! and dont make empty threats! if they dont get rid of them! there way over priced anyway! if you can get high speed Internet you can get all the TV you want for free! well not free you still have to pay for internet!

Good advice 
I have DirectTv and did not have FSN for the first few years…. then out of the blue, they called and offered it and like 8 other channels for $1 more a month. Was a no brainer 
I think one of the other channels was Vs too….
