The Triple Crown of Fishing

    I know none of these are monster-sized trophies, but this is the first year I have caught a walleye and northern on opener and a bass on bass opener (okay it was on Sunday, but it was still opener weekend).
    BTW, the northern and walleye were my PB’s

    So, lets see your multi-species pics!

    Congrats, That’s good rod bending there.

    I had a walleye(s), northern, smallie, largie and a crappie all on opening walleye this year.

    Yesterday on Lake Wisconsin, my boat saw a 24 and 27″ walleye, a 37″ pike, a 48″ musky, a few saugers, a crappie, and a LM Bass. A 6 species day without a single rough fish.

    Sure! Actually I’m in the process of planning THREE bass trips / shoots right now. So my “no bass in 2010” status is going to change abruptly.

    I saw your report. Looks like you had a riot out over the weekend. Sadly I never got near the water. Unless you count driving over it at 70 MPH in a car on the way to visit relatives.

    It was a good weekend,without a doubt. I’m sure you’ll make up for the time not fishing this weekend.
