At least as far as fish tacos go, it was a personal best. Some nice walleye fillets, some cabbage, a little cilantro, a squirt of lime juice, and some nice spicy yogurt sauce all piled on a fresh corn tortilla. MMMMM, MMMMM, tasty! Wash it down with a little cold Dos Equis and I’m one happy camper.

That does look good. What is the spicy yogurt sauce. They dont make a finer beer than Dos Equis. Stay thirsty my friend.

I AM the most interesting man in the world.

    The yogurt sauce contains:

    # 1/2 cup plain yogurt (greek yogurt works best)
    # 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    # 1 lime, juiced
    # 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
    # 1 teaspoon minced capers
    # 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    # 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    # 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
    # 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

I don’t really measure, and I use far more cayenne than called for. I like some zip in my spicy stuff. You have to play with it a bit to get the consistency right, but it makes a tasty sauce when you get it right.

Very nice, the only thing you forgot to say is “stay thirsty my friends”
