I want to throw out a big thank you to the following 2 shops and there employees for there kindness and caring attitudes!!!!

The daughter’s car threw the serpentine belt and she came to a stop after pulling into a parking lot. The wife and I thank the good Lord that it happened to be in the parking lot of Auto Value Parts at 709 Main St.

Gordy, one of the people running the place, came out in a pouring rain, popped the hood and seen what the problem was. The spring on the tension pulley was shot but he was able to get the belt back on making it possible for the daughter to get her car back to the dorm. Thank you so much Gordy for getting our daughter out of a bind on such a crappy day

Making a trip on Tuesday to see about getting the car fixed we stopped in at Auto Value to give a personal thank you and ask if anyone could recommend a repair garage in hopes that we would not take one in the shorts being we were from out of town. We were sent directly across the street to Dennis’s Auto Services.

Thank you to Bob and Wade for the great service, a reasonable price for the repairs, and getting the car repaired in just a few hours

We appreciate the kindness and willingness to help us out from these people of Menomonie. It sure helps ease the mind knowing we have found another great group of people that we can rely on while the daughter finishes her education at Stout.

A big Kudous goes out to Auto Value Parts and Dennis’s garage from the Clark’s

Thanks a ton for the outstanding service we received

I think if it wasn’t for stories like this Bret, I’d probably give up on my faith in the American public. All we here is the BS/bad junk going on now days. Thanks for sharing some good news!!

So the important question…Did you walk over the hill and wet a line while waiting for the car repairs to be completed?

Dennis has a great reputation…good to hear you were treated well.

My four year stay in Menomonie couldn’t have been better!!! If someone told me that I HAD to move back to Menomonie and had no choice, I would say when to we have to be there!!! Great people then and I know they are still there!!!

Thats great to hear, my daughter is off to Stout this fall and we will make sure she knows where to go if she has problems with her car.

Sure hope your daughter likes Stout half as much as our daughter. It makes life a lot easier knowing they like there surrondings along with knowing the area is full of great people.
