It would not work Sunday. Called Lakemaster on Monday. They sent postage paid envelope. Received it Tuesday. Mailed it back on Wed. Received the new one, which works great by the way, on Friday. Great service. 
After hearing all the bad press about the ’10 Lakemaster chip and knowing the work that went into getting it fixed, I expected nothing less from a great company like Lakemaster.

Same here, 5 days from first email to them to new chip installed, not bad service at all.
