I have always had to back my boat down the ramp far enough to make the boat float off the trailer. Getting it back on I always had to power load. I bought a product called Liquid rollers and sprayed it on the bunks when they were dry, that made a huge difference loading and off loading the boat. I could accually whinch the boat up in shallow water. Has anyone used this product or something simular? I can’t seem too find this product anywhere.

As Jon mentioned spray silicone works really well.

If you use this product…or similar…BE SURE NOT TO UN HOOK THE BOAT before you back into the water…I seen this happen before…lots of people with bunks, just unhook and back in, because of the carpet friction the boat stays in place…but now that you slicked the bunks up…well it will be very costly to repair…

Try these. I have them on both trailers of mine. Kind of gives you the best of both worlds. Called e-z slide trailer pads. cabelas.com to see

I’m thinking that we won’t be trying any of these products. As my husband says, “are you trying to drive the boat into the cab”?? Yikes!! Just imagine what “a product” would do…
