like it says, i am new to the spring spawning fishing. wondering when bass start to hit on topwater and what are some of the best things to use, bass walleye, pike, panfish are what i am looking to get at. i may have the right lures but just not the technique. are they still moving slow. if anyone would have any suggestions it would surely beat looking all over the net for info . i’d rather be fishing. THANKS!
