All F5 does is refresh the current page or document.

Sounds like you need to clear your cookies.

    In internet explorer goto:

    Tools
    Internet options
Half way down the page on the general tab will be “Browsing History”
    Click Delete
    Select Cookies and delete

    Cookies

A cookie is a piece of text that a Web server can store on a user’s hard disk. Cookies allow a Web site to store information on a user’s machine and later retrieve it. The pieces of information are stored as name-value pairs.

This means that your computer is retrieving the cookies from the 31st and displaying the information from that day. Deleting the cookies will allow the computer to store or make new cookies.
