We got the new Gulp boxes at the store for 14.99! Any serious guy who uses gulp needs to check these out!

Two large containers for the larger baits, like crawlers, leeches, minnows. I have all three in these two but will be purchasing another 2 or 3 from the store so I don’t have to mix match.

I also have the new Gulp 1 inch leeches in one of the four bottom trays along with fish frys and waxies.

Whats cool about these too is they pop out of the actual tray so if I wanna grab one and go, I can and leave the tray in the fish house. Every container around my box is in this new tray! I still have another 16 or 20 cans that need to be emptied into a few of these trays too!

Matt and I talked at the store tonight well looking at it. It would be nice if we could get a tray thats an 8 pack for the smaller ice fishing/pannie baits but this is gonna work for now..or four of the big sizes. I got to thinking that since I doctor most of my leeches, I can have em trimmed down to a few different sizes. I can pre dip some baits in Bio dip etc, etc. There are a lot of possibilities with this thing!

What I really like is it doesn’t leak! With the seal it has you really have to push down on the container for it seal, its kinda like a paint can, you dont just put the lid on it like the margarine containter at home. You have to push and seal all the way around the lid to get the true seal! I can tip it upside down and it does not drip or leak. It also fits in most tackle boxes as a tray as well which is a big bonus if your jumping into someone else’s boat.

Good deal. I like the idea of being able to remove each container individually. Might have to make a new purchase soon. Thanks for the info Chris!

That’s actually why I shied away from that tray. I didn’t think they could pop out individually. I saw these trays at Fleet Farm.

Have you had it in a compartment on a 30 mile run at high speeds/choppy ride to see if anything pops open or leaks?

whats the cost of these handy dandy trays? we have been using the wifes cheap tupperware and that doesnt leak either. It’s cheap to replace when the seal on that does ware out.
I just think that if the tray cost more than $15 bucks, the gulp folks are stringing you along with each step of the process and we are paying it.

And i dont know about you guys, but to have another tray in my soft sided tackle bag is not going to happen without buying another bag (my 7th) so i dont know where i would ever put it.
love gulp, but not the price or aftermarket products to use it!!

    just my $.02 !!

What about cold? A lot of plastic stuff like that just shatters when cold. I’d put some in the freezer and see what happens if dropped or if they snap closed without breaking when cold.

That looks sweet. I went through the ice fishing stuff to put it away and found one of my jars had a slow leak. It’s cool though. I am one of the weird ones who likes the smell.

I haven’t seen this one, where did you find it. Looks cool.
I did however see either Babe, or Bill advertise the new plano liqua bait locker, that is made for gulp and well again haven’t seen it in stores. Has anyone used this item yet.

On another site a guy mentioned they leaked after a day on the water and waves.

I dont wanna hijack this thread, but while the subject of Gulp is in the air, I’ve noticed the liquid in some of the containers at the store are more stained than others. Is there a better odor in the more stained ones?, I stayed clear of the clearer looking ones. Anybody?

They retail for 14.99. I have not taken them on a 30 mile boat ride. Yet.

Just another tool to show the guys who do use gulp and looking for something to use to slightly organize a bit better.
