Last Sat. on my birthday we drove by Heartland Marine by Oran and saw this Alumacraft boat, I stopped and checked it out and really liked it, so Lupe said with our Granddaughter going on 4 years old and she’ll be going out in the boat with us that if I could come up with the money I could get it and luckily I was able to so I bought it this morning!!!

Nice I bet you’ll make some nice memories in it. I got plenty of memories of fishing with my grandpa, mostly bad Losing fishing poles, motor dying and having to get a tow in, but we seemed to catch fish, caught my first walleye fishing with my grandpa. Well they we’ren’t really bad, but if we would’ve had a little bit better of a boat if would’ve been more fun.

Congratulations Ed. Nice Birthday present. I looked at that boat when I picked mine up from winter storage just this last Tuesday. Even considered asking Harry what kind of deal I could make on a trade. Hope it works out well for you and your family.

Thanks everybody, I was hoping to get it on the water this weekend but with it being Easter and the kids coming for dinner it will have to wait until next weekend.

    Happy Belated Birthday Ederd!!

Birthdays are always better when you get to buy your
    own present.

Welcome to the Alumacraft family as well. If you have
any Alumacraft questions feel free to post them in the
    Ranger forum!
