3 Bank Charger vs 36 Volt Minnkota

I have a 3/10 Pro Bank Charger. If I hook each channel of a 3 bank charger up to 3 different batteries.. in theory I am delivering 10 amps worth of charge to each battery.

Once I connect a 36 volt trolling motor, does it interfere with what the charger is supposed to be delivering to each battery?

I would think that delivering 10 amps to each battery would be interupted (in some way..good, bad or indifferent) by the fact that all 3 batteries are wired in series.

I have a MinnKota and this is what they say about it.

    No scientific data given.

M’Kota is right But I err to the side of caution and put an interrupter switch in between anyway.

The question I have is this: On 3 bank chargers is it true that 2 of the charging leads are for deep cycle and one is for the starting battery?
Just asking, so check your on board charger to be sure.
