    Looks like a cool concept. My biggest concern is how would the levelwind work when reeling in a big fish or a big pile of weeds. Would it still walk the line back and forth?

    I believe there is a post already started that may be about a month old. You might want to see if you can find that one. I tried really quick, but could not find it.

    I did a search before I posted and could not find anything. With the reverse rotation of the real the line is under the spool instead on top. I would think that this would keep constant pressure on the line.

    I hope it was not deleted because he thought I was being a butt. I wasn’t trying to…this time. I was trying to help him find that other thread because it had quite a few replies already. But now that I read my posts, I think it could have been misinterpreted as being a wisebutt.

    Hell, I’m not that thin skinned. I just figured that there was no need for this post after I got all the info I needed from the other one. Needless to say, I ordered one of these reels.
