Laptop Computers and Locators

    As cheap as laptop computers are nowadays and the ability to mount them anywhere is there not a way to hook a computer up to lowrance, garmin, hummingbird etc and really maximize the screen view? I’m a lowrance guy and the reality is that 332C has about the same options as the 111C but yet the price is about 3X’s. There has to be a way to hook the laptop up to this. You have the weather proof issue, I know, but just been a long winter and as I type on $300 computer with a 19″ screen it got me thinking…Thoughts?

    I know Doc Samson has his hooked up to a lap top maybe shoot him an email on his website and ask how he does it.

    He uses his laptop for GPS applications like DrDepth and Fugawi.
