pix storing and reduceing

    lost everything about a month ago and cant find a easy to use resizer for the kodak easy share camera-
    got to find one before next weekend in order to take pixs of the Portside E xtravaganza held at Nittis Hunter Point this weekend and be able to post pixs after its over;;

    need a little help here guys and gals

    One option to consider is setting the pic size smaller on the camera. Then you never have to re-size them for the internet or e-mail.

    Just an idea. It’s what I do!

    I use xat.com Image Optimizer to compress my images. This app will compress a file to 5-10% of it’s original size while maintaining the dimensions and quality.

    You can download a free trial xat.com image optimizer

    You may be able to find a free version if you look hard enough.

    ImageResizer it’s free plus it’s very easy to install and use.
    You just right click on any picture to re-size it.

    This might be a little more than you want, but I always recommend PhotoScape. It is free and has lots of editing options and it pretty easy to learn and use. For resizing it has a lot of preset option like ‘Reduce the Longer Length to 640 pixels’ (list of a bunch of different lengths) when you click the resize button. Also lets you resize and do anything in batches as opposed to one at a time.
