i have? what is the best bait gills

i am new to the sport of ice fishing and could use some help what is the best bait to use for gills this time of year i am in southern wi. fishing lake Delavan

I have always stuck by lil cecils. I use green or orange ants, or the little green larvae weightes green have worked well for me, gills love em especially if you using no weights gives the lure more natural presentation. I havent used gill pills but majority of the guys on here swear by em might try some next year.
