whats the difference?

hey guys, im looking at a bow mount trolling motor for my boat. i found a powerdrive #40. what is the dufference between the v2 powerdrive and just the powerdrive? thanks

well looking at the v2 in the bass pro mag it seems like its just has more features than the normal one. like deploy assist lever, ergonomic foot pedal design, wireless foot pedal and digital maximizer. just listing that out of the mag. plus i think it also has the universal sonar which has a sonar built into the trolling motor so you just hook up the head unit into a cord on the trolling motor. instead of putting a transducer on the head. hope this helps not an expert and i dont even use the power drive. plus i think if you were going to fish the river or any big lakes that can have a lot of wind you might want to get a higher voltage.
