I’ll be at the 500 this year and can’t wait!!!! I’ve been a Dale Jr. fan since he started racing and I’m really hoping this is his year. He’s always a contender at Daytona as I think he will be again this year.

17 more days till the race!!!!

I’ve got a good feeling about Stewart or Newman for Daytona

Never did get the whole watching cars turn left all day long, or talking about tires or the car of the future. Blah blah blah. I think those guys would tatoo there a$$ if they could make a couple bucks off it

Hate to say it but I can’t bet against Jimmie Johnson for the cup until someone knocks him off the thrown.

I bet on Smoke every week. Even though he cost me 5 cases of Bud last year, I am going with him again. I’ll do anything to bet against Jeff Gordon. It was worth the $100.00

What we do is a friend of mine takes Jeff Gordon every week. I can pick anyone in the field any week, except that I can pick Gordon once during the season. (never did) Whoever finishes ahead of the other each week is what we go by. I was down by 5 when they got to Homestead and went double or nothing. the 5 12 packs quickliy turned into 5 cases. I would probably bet a couple Rapalas, but not $100.00 at this point.

I like Tony at Daytona and for the championship. He had an unbelievable inaugural season last year; so with that experience behind him, plus Hendrick power under the hood, he’ll be hard to beat!

Right on. My mother-in-law and I have something close to that set-up. She has Edwards and I have J. Gordon, 5 bucks a week on who finishes higher! I think last year she paid me 95$ but, the year prior I paid her 60$… It’s fun having a favorite!! P.S. Smoke is my third favorite behind Montoya… Look at those personalities boy I look like a jerk The truth is I believe those three are the best pure drivers in the world hands down!!

With the rule changes it should favor tony and montoya. Jimmie and Jeff will be crying alot this where when those guys drive up under them and put’em in the wall.

Oh, I think you may be right with JJ not as dominate… But, J. Gordon used to kill with the old style car this should bring some of that feel back Go #24, #42 and #14

    Welcome to IDO Win14the gipper

Smoke had an awesome performance last year, both on the track and off the track

One thing I question, because I really don’t know Does Hendrick really sale the same power plant they put in there own equipment?

It seems though the 500 is always won off the wall …..Ward Burton, Matt Kenseth you know So I’m going with Roby Gordon

Actually I think this might be Jr’s. race. Hard to believe after last years performance, but he has to also know….it is time to step up to the plate for Hendrick’s.

Can’t wait till the Speed Channel is a good channel to watch again
