    I recently bought a fish house and broke a few things assembling it.Called clam and parts are on the way no questions asked.Makes me glad I chose clam when you get service after the sale.

    I agree more they have fantastic customer serivce and last year when I had an issue and they corrected it above and beyond my expectations, but then they also followed up shortly after to ensure everything was okay….

    Couple years ago they replaced my whole clam shack due to a cracked floor. I’d buy another in a second now.

    It is their great customer service ( Only needed them a few times ) that has keep me buying Clam products for over 20 years now. I will keep buying their products until the product quality or the customer service gives me a reason not to. I don’t think that is likely any time soon. I just wish more companies would realize how important customer service is. We as consumers need to do all we can to reward companies with good customer service and stay away from those with poor customer service. This will be the only way that companies will start to focus on better customer service

    Just sent them an email about my clam summit falling apart after only a few uses… hope they make it right
