    Wow.
Queens have to find a way to not put the rest of their season on Favre’s shoulders-what happened compared to the beginning of the season??? If they don’t get a more balanced running attack going?????????????????

I’m not sure any one thing killed the queens, no points in the first half didn’t help, AP was disappointing, Farve was lackluster in the first half, and the defense giving up points to a 5-9 team didn’t help.

Considering the Bears weren’t suppose to have a very good team overall, I think the queens just played poorly, during the OT the Bears defense owned the queens.

Was a fun game to watch though.

Finally a unbiased opinion of what really happened

Note to anyone playing the Vikings never never think you can protect a lead with a cover 2 def. Favre will eat that up and have you running in circles

The bears went after Favre in the first half and shut him down, went to the cover 2 in the second half (to protect the lead ) and let them back into the game then went after him in OT and shut him down and won the game.

To all you “AP lost the game for us people” I guess you didn’t watch the previous play when Favre threw into double coverage and had a easy pick dropped , but then that would have been someone else’s fault.

Your special teams and defense are not as good as they
    think they are.

Good win Bears It was a nice game for me to watch

Here is the problem with the Vikings
#1 Antoine Winfield coulnt cover my 92 year old grandmother.

#2 Offensive line does not know how line up with splits of at least one yard between center and guards and guards and tackle-tackles both of them getting beat by defensive ends that line up 2-3 yards outside of offensive tackles.
#3 Bryant McKinney too big of a fat pig to block a 280 pound quick defnsive end. Learn how to get down in a 3 pt stance.

#4 Adrian Peterson cut your loses and trade him and get someone who isnt a fumbler cant afford 1-2 fumbles a game.
    #5 Get a qualified offensive co-ordinater.
#6 Put Ben Leiber at middle linebacker.
#7 Line up Jarred Aleen somewhere other than right defensive end every play-change his match ups around like the Eagles and Packers used to with Reggie White.
#8 Childress needs to learn how to chew some serious to get these guys fired up but he shoulnt have to with the playoff implications at stake.

I am very sad this morning that the Vikings won’t make it to another super bowl and lose again. They should just forfeit to the other team to avoid getting their geriatric QB killed. Next year the vikes will get the first place schedule and their demise will be complete…

This game was lost in the trenches. Early in the game when the Bears were inside the red zone you could watch the Bears O-line blowing the Vikes 3-4 yards off the ball. Heck, I can run for 4 yards when I don’t get hit until I have gained 5.

Blame the offense all you want, but the defense is what is losing games. Giving up over 30 points to the poor dteams that they have the last few weeks is simply unacceptable. If you have guys in position to make plays and they simply don’t has nothing to do with coaching.

It’s not like they are horrible, they have 11 wins. They need to get back to what worked–otherwise, my Packers are going to win the Superbowl.

Back when I played football in HS…Yeah, a LONG time ago…we were taught to keep our eyes on the guys belt buckle and hit and WRAP em up…. in the Pro’s, do they teach them to “bounce” off the guy and hope he falls over ??? Case in point, when Cutler ran that one, and 2 guys just kind of glanced off him ??? WTF ??? Bury him Very poor tackling.

Like most of the games after the first 5 or so, the game was on in the background for me. People are saying the Bears dropped a lot of should have been INTs, but wasn’t the same true for the Vikes?

Actually, they lost by 6…. but, still NFC North Division Champs Seeing how they played half a game and lost by 6, I can’t wait for them to play 4 quarters. Hopefully they start soon….

good to hear big g, was hoping to win $50 last night at the bars you pick ’em thing. I was just hoping no one was blaming the ref’s for a questionable call. Not like we have read anything like that in the past!

Favre was being pummeled in the first half and the running game was non existant…
Favre’s 2nd half was eyepopping (at least to me, Jaworski, and Gruden )
I think Petersen doesn’t fumble the Vikes win in OT…
Favre is back to hero status then…
Anyone over 40 that can mount a comeback like last night is my hero!

Kinda blows the theory that the Vikings can only beat the weak teams doesn’t it.

It’s all about the ESPN highlight hit now or creating a fumble, if someone isn’t knocked out or paralyzed it isn’t proper technique

If a comeback had four legs and was covered in wool, half the state of Minnesota and all of South Dakota could be your hero.

Bert’s your Hero All I seen in the past few weeks is a snotty-nosed Brat, with the big inflated head.Spiking the ball after the play was called dead and all.The officials should have penalized him first then stuck a pin in that balloon between his ears.

I agree Big G, But the way they protect these Qbacks now day’s one wrong hit “If”He goes down and you can tack an extra 15 yrds on to it. It’s rediculous how they protect the Qb’S!

Childress sucks? Never know, the Packers might pick him up.
