Decided to hit a local lake last night instead of watching the game… Boy, was that the right move! Dad and I fished from 4 to 8, and things were pretty steady. A stealthy approach was the ticket, as most fish came off tip-ups away from the house. Ice conditions were better then I expected. Time to give these eyes a hot oil bath.
