Quick shout out to St. Croix customer service…

    Just wanted to state how pleased I was with the service at St. Croix this last week. I was carrying my St. Croix legend ice rod around in it’s case and busted the tip off at some point. I know…I know…what was I thinking. So, I have had it laying around the garage for at least 2 years since. While preparing for this ice season, I thought why not call St. Croix and see what my options are for repairing it.

    Well…called them up. No questions asked. Just send it in with $25 dollars for shipping and replacement. 2 weeks later…voila…a brand new rod!! I will take half price anyday on these!!!

    St. Croix has the BEST service in the biz. I’ve broken almost all of my croix’s every one my fault I even threw one of my Muskie rods and snaped it in 2 send them back with $20 for shipping and a week later new rod at the door St. Croix has a customer for life with me
