Lake of the Woods…anyone going this weekend??

    I am heading up to Lake of the Woods tomorrow afternoon with a friend of mine, we are staying in Baudette and going out of Bayview.
    Just wondering if anyone is going up there this weekend?

    I plan on going up at least a few times this week(I only live 36 miles away from there). I’ve heard good things from everywhere, but I’m a fan of the Elm point/south shore of Buffalo area….and it’s not a ‘well maintained’ are ie-only one plowed road, and from there you’re on your own. We’ve been having good luck also….. so it doesn’t matter where on the lake you go you’ll not go home empty handed
