    when i make pickled eggs i refrigerate them but do i half to???? the reason i ask is, i would like to send a fresh jar over to my cousin over in iraq thanke terry h

    Good Question….Not that I spend any time in the bars around, But the usually have thwm or Gizzards on the back of the bar unreridgerated.Could be an expensive experiment though.

    dead weight here is a link to a site with three recipes for pickled eggs. One of them say to put into the fridge the other two say a dark cool place. How cool is it in Iraq now?
