You better hurry. Looks like the snow will be on you in a few minutes.
Its 5:50am, Just leaving to go bowhunting. Looks like the snow got here just in time
Looks like you guys got it all up that way I have NOTHING but cold down here
I do have agree with James tho “its too early for this”
We have a dusting on our roof this morning and the bird baths are iced over. Ditto on the too early for this.
Sure makes tracking easier! Now about the bad friction disk on the blower, may need to look at that today.
I woke up to an inch of snow here in Southeast Nebraska. It’s deffinately too early for snow this far South.
I should really be in the tree stand this morning too.
Wind blew an empty cooler off the picnic table about 5:00. Ground was white then, I said to heck with the fishing and went back to bed jerr
It’s a white world up here this a.m. It may be time to dig the carrots up.
Jerr, if you had something in the cooler, it would not have blown away, always keep stuff in the cooler. That said, if the cooler is empty, the bed is probably much more appealing than the tree stand this morning, been there done that!

Sure don’t need snow to find my FW.
I guess yesterday was my last day for swimming then . water just a tad on the chilly side.
On a side note, waterproof boots don’t work in 5ft of water.
Who wanted to have a ride & drive today???????
Hope everyone enjoys the day.
Yep, empty cooler means it’s time to head for home. We’re hoping to get another few days yet this fall, it is still fall, , , isn’t it??
Just got reminded this morning that we need to be in SD in a couple weeks for birds. Dang, this retired life is hectic jerr
just had’ta toss in the photo

You must not have looked hard enough
I had a light dusting on the car and trash cans this morning. Deer should be moving good today to bad I am at work.
Steve ,it must have missed my house over in the NE side of town, either that or Ma Nature knew I didnt want it yet and sent it your way and the north side of town
Ya, we had it in the SW Metro/Chaska-Chanhassen
but saw a news report that down in central Nebraska they got 15″ of a dry snow, blowing around. Water content was low so a snow to water ratio of 25″ Snow = 1″ Water
Glad its not like that here.
It sure is too early . We had a solid inch covering the ground when I rolled out of bed this morning. Couldn’t even see the grass and leaves. It is just a couple weeks early. I’m not ready for ice yet. Too much fall left. I hope.
I was just up to Hastings for a few days visiting family and left friday morning. Looks like I left just in time. We just don’t need it right now. Hard water first and then snow.
Yea, I was gonna go fishing early this am….hooked the boat to the truck…awful cold and windy, said to hell with it, went back in the house crawled back in bed and snuggled up to the wife and said “colder then hell”….she said can you believe my dumb [censored] husband went fishing!!
I woke up and looked out the window and seen it was all white. Roads were real slick.
