3:18 AM here in the south metro and the snow is coming down steady and the wind is kicking up. I could do without the while stuff for a few more weeks.

Sure makes tracking easier! Now about the bad friction disk on the blower, may need to look at that today.

I woke up to an inch of snow here in Southeast Nebraska. It’s deffinately too early for snow this far South.

I should really be in the tree stand this morning too.

Wind blew an empty cooler off the picnic table about 5:00. Ground was white then, I said to heck with the fishing and went back to bed jerr

It’s a white world up here this a.m. It may be time to dig the carrots up.

Jerr, if you had something in the cooler, it would not have blown away, always keep stuff in the cooler. That said, if the cooler is empty, the bed is probably much more appealing than the tree stand this morning, been there done that!

I guess yesterday was my last day for swimming then . water just a tad on the chilly side.
On a side note, waterproof boots don’t work in 5ft of water.

Ya, we had it in the SW Metro/Chaska-Chanhassen
but saw a news report that down in central Nebraska they got 15″ of a dry snow, blowing around. Water content was low so a snow to water ratio of 25″ Snow = 1″ Water

Glad its not like that here.

It sure is too early . We had a solid inch covering the ground when I rolled out of bed this morning. Couldn’t even see the grass and leaves. It is just a couple weeks early. I’m not ready for ice yet. Too much fall left. I hope.

I was just up to Hastings for a few days visiting family and left friday morning. Looks like I left just in time. We just don’t need it right now. Hard water first and then snow.
