Wisconsin Opener

    Does anyone know for sure when the Wisconsin inland fishing opener is for 2004? For walleyes and for bass. I looked at DNR site and find nothing about 2004.

    The Wisconsin opener is traditionally the first weekend in May. The 2004-2005 opener would be May 1st. The updated info will probably be on the websites after march 1st. Check in at http://www.fishingwisconsin.org

    Any word on whether or not this is a year in which the St. Croix will open a week in advance of the opener?
