Laptop Repairman Needed

    My FW is in need of a repair on her new Lap top(lees than 6 months old) and the company WONT stand behind it because they it is not an manufactor defect

    I told them to send it back so I can video tape myself smashing it and put it on you tube,stating they dont stand behind there products and she hung up on me

    I would like stay away from repair shops to say, they want too much for the repair.

    If any IDO memeber in Minnesota does repairs on laptops shoot me a PM .

    Unfortunately it was purchase at WM and not BB.

    Well, you already took the idea of my easy ‘fix’. As we all know, a BFH always fixes everything.

    I hope you find someone and get that thing fixed. And…you know people will want to know the name of that company!

    If you made the Recovery Disk, you should be able to restore the laptop just like it was brand new out of the box. Just make sure you backup all of the important stuff before doing this.

    I just bought a new laptop for my wife and I had to move her old stuff to the new. Wife was using Windows Mail and she had lots of pictures. Let me know if I can help.
