when I first saw it I would have given him what he was asking, also has a cover with frame. Ended up given him 2500 for it. Will try to catch others besides bass, trailer also has 2 new tires besides the spare and 2 fishing seats all in great shape

It must be a Merc Mariner if it is an 87, huh? (You can tell by the serial number plate…if it is made in Japan it is a Yamaha/Mariner.) If the motor is an 87 too, my bet is Merc. I think Yamaha quit making them for Mariner in the early to mid 80’s. I think…and I could be wrong, the last ones were made around ’85. Both the Yamaha and Mercs were good runners! You should be happy with it!
