    There catfish sandwiches are so awsome, I asked if I could get there recipe for catfish and of course they said no. It is probably THE best cat I have eaten. Wondering if anybody knows how they prepare there catfish.

    No! But try this, Clean all the crap from your filet, Yellow meat, blood line, belly liner!! Soak them over night in salt water & over night ONLY!!!!! rinse, then soak in buttermilk for no more than 2 hours. Take filet out of buttermilk & directly into dry breading of your choice. Stop! Let filet rest for 20-30 minutes before frying!

    Yea I had one and they were great. Good sandwich for $2.50!! Some of our party had to try some at the hotel for $7.99 and I could’nt persuade them to try the tent food.There loss.
