No! But try this, Clean all the crap from your filet, Yellow meat, blood line, belly liner!! Soak them over night in salt water & over night ONLY!!!!! rinse, then soak in buttermilk for no more than 2 hours. Take filet out of buttermilk & directly into dry breading of your choice. Stop! Let filet rest for 20-30 minutes before frying!
