Where the heck can I find an online owners manual for my engine? And where can you but the oil filters? Fleet farm? walmart?

Got mine at O’Rielys and sucked the oil out the dipstick tube.

Try http://www.onlinefreeebooks.net/pdf-download/download+suzuki+outboard+service+manuals+free/ for the manual and I run Fram PH3614 oil filters on my DF70. You can get the Fram filters anywhere.
