Today, I lose another great friend. She was fun to fish with and we made a ton of great memories, whether it was fishing on Mille Lacs or feeding the ducks and swimming with the gills in Candy Cove with the kids. We fished in a lot of different waters and caught a bunch of different species of fish and now, she’s going to one of the best walleye fisheries in the country. My boat will travel with it’s new owner today to fish the Columbia River. Happy fishing little buddy, the girls and I will miss you.

I am jealous, I wish I could go with your old boat. I have wanted to fish the Columbia like forever.

My heart goes out to you Corey.

Life is full of painful times…but take joy in the time you had together and keep those memories in your heart.

Thinking of you and your family…

Why would anyone want to fish for those little things in the Columbia with the White Sturgeon out there??

I talked to the new owner and he is very happy with the boat and will take good care of it, I hope to fish out of it this fall!!!
