I posted the following previously and received some good advice. The foot control on my Minnkota PD 55 will not turn the motor. It started with not always turning left when going aobut on speed #5 or higher, but now it will not turn at all. The prop moves so I know it is getting power, any ideas what is going on and what my first course of action should be? Thanks!
I thought before I take the foot pedal apart I would borrow one from a co-worker and see if it truely the foot pedal. I hooked up the other foot pedal and the same situation happened. 
Is the problem with the motor itself?? The motor is only 5 years old so I would not think it has failed completely, any ideas would be appreciated.
