Pool 8 smallmouth action

    The past 2 weeks have been on fire for the smallies on pool 8. Sand drops, current breaks, wing dams and eel grass. Also the northern pike have destroyed more of my equipment then my clients-LOL.. The gills are really on the chew with the current May fly hatch. Snags with some current have been the ticket. Sorry no pictures of the “BULL” gills. Hope all had a safe and happy 4th

    Headed out to fish pool 8 in two more weeks. Can’t wait to get out there, going to be my first and maybe only trip of the summer. Nice smallies, I’ll be looking for a few of them.
