I have been saving and saving and saving for what seemed like an eternity for a new boat. With help from some IDO faithful, I am back on the water and into guiding again! A special “Tip ‘O the Hat” to Kevin Velerius and Farm Island Marine for keeping me in mind when this beauty came in. Kevin, Art and Deb Olson worked out a tremendous deal and went through both engines to ensure this rig is water ready. Another Tip to Ted Merdan for selling me an X-25 and a Global Map 3300 as well as a 72# Minnkota for the bow! Thanks so much you guys! I will remember that forever!

She is a 96 Warrior V190 with a 200 Merc (Let the teasing begin…) EFI and a 4 stroke 9.9 kicker with separate controls. 4 like new seats, with two of Brett King’s “Smooth Move” seats for the driver and passenger. It has a bimini top for early season corking on Mille Lacs and cat fishing, and a full snap on and partial bow cover! It has 5 brand new Goodyear radial tires for the trailer. Its my understanding that this boat has sat in the garage for a number of years…They siphoned all the old gas, and cleaned the tank extensively. The boat is as clean as it looks in the picture. I cannot wait for the maiden voyage Friday.

My thanks to all who have let me tag along in their boats during my dry spell, Jami Ritter, LeRoy Carl and others who I am probably forgetting.

I am really looking forward to the trolling bites on Mille Lacs now!

Nice rig Tuck! I too have been sniffing around for a used boat, maybe this fall. It sucks not having a boat!

Nice looking boat Tuck, Your going to be very happy with Warrior. I had no complaints about the Warrior I had. Now can you just put a hook on the back corner so me and big E have somewhere to hook to so we dont have to put our anchor out, that way you dont have to worry about losing blades to our anchor rope I’ll look for ya at mille lacs this weekend.

Had to re-read the title to make sure it said ‘garage’ not ‘oven’

Excellent ride and just in time for the summer basin trolling and all the other fun bites! Glad to help you out and believe me boat ownership never felt better!

Get it all rigged up and be like Brad and have your first ML over on the maiden voyage!

That is one sweet looking ride Chris!!! I was out on Oahe last weekend and I commented to the wife that Warrior was sure giving Lund and Ranger some competition on the big water. Good luck and enjoy the new ride!
