This frog has been chasing this Spro red frog for 3 separate days. Today I slowed it down and he wedged it in his mouth. When I lifted him into the boat his weight pulled it out. He is still out there cpr but I don’t think he will challenge his territory with that red frog again. No bass took the offering.

Too bad a few more of his buddies would of joined the party. You could of had yourselve a frog leg fry. I had a big snapper latch on to a frog last year. He got my frog cuz I wasnt about get too close to his mouth.

Drew, I had frogs on Nagawicka do that very frequently in mid summer. Its a frog-eatfrog world out there

Drew, I’ve had frogs latch on to my baits also, I never got them close enough to see if they were trying to eat them or if they had something else in mind.

I watched frogs chase down and bite on little tube baits we were casting from shore. I had the kids out fishing for panfish and these frogs came chasing in the tube baits while they were reeling them back to cast again. When my son let one dangle by them 3 of them jumped at it.

You always see something new everytime out, frogs grabbing frogs is a new one on me.
