Found a new use for the Dock and Stay this weekend, fishing on Leach Lake with my drift sock out in 5′ waves, watcing the drift sock bellow in and out and jerking the boat, it was annoying, I had a brain storm, I had a Dock and Stay in the locker, I hooked that to the lead going to the sock, WOW what a difference, no jerking of the boat, sock did not bellow in and out, drift was even in speed. Try it and if you get the Dock and Stay it is 2 fer, use it docking and drift sock
