does anyone know of a manufacture that makes just the frames for permanent fish houses?? I’m looking for one that I could put underneath existing houses, with retractable wheels

I don’t know how much help I will be on this other than to say that there are makers out there, and the ones that I seen were located in Minn. I saw at least 3 different manufacturers at the Ice Fishing Show at the Excel Center just a couple of weeks ago. They ranged from as fancy as electric over hydraulics to hand pump hydraulics, to crank up wheels in single and tandem axel configurations. I think that some detailed searching of the “net” and/or contacting a couple of “complete house” builders could send you in the right direction. Sorry I never grabbed any sales books, and I can’t remember any names, But the fancy one was a 16 ft X 8 ft, tandem and they were asking $2800.00

December 18, 2003 at 10:15 pm #285599thanks for the suggestion on google…I found quite a few good frames, I was wondering if anyone knew of any other manufactures or even back-yard tinkerers that made these that aren’t listed on the net-that and I may need a tandem, as one of the shacks I would like to trailer is 8×20, and built with double doors in the end(to double as storage in the off season) and I would like to use it to haul snowmobiles to the lake in
