    Couple gopher cam shots before I put the spore boys away for 11 months….Another requirement before 1st ice 09′

    Picked these fellas up behind the house last night on the Vernon/Crawford county line. Conditions in the woods will really turn sour this week for us here in SW WI. One of the big boy blonds I picked last night on that low NNW grade was beginning to show his age at roughly 70 something. No amount of rain will “extend” the season at this point guys. Like a spawn….when it’s done it’s done. If you have yet to make it out or have that one lingering spot to check…..the clock is ticking!

    Nice shrooms!! Here are a few I found during the last week in the Whitewater area and also some spots south of Austin. We found one cluster of 24! Im back in Mankato now, hoping to get out for some before it gets too late. Get out now!
