    I do post from time to time and noticed that I get more “fish bucks” What are these used for?

    When you put in your 2Cents you get 2 cents to be used for placing an add in the classifieds.

    At one time classified ads were free here on IDO and as the site grew we had more and more “pro sellers” making use of the free classifieds while contributing little if no fishing information. As that sharing of fishing information is the basis for IDO we decided to go to a pay classified ad system while still ensuring members that posted and shared fishing information would have access to free or heavily discounted ads. Hence the “fish bucks.” Every post earns you 2 cents and those fish bucks can be used as credit towards ads. It has been a pretty slick system in my opinion.
