My LCX110c GPS quit working? It is all hooked up correct and powered on but it doesn’t show where I’m at?? Can the 120ohm resister cause this if it goes out? Cuz it just didn’t work one day.

In other words, it doesn’t aquire your position? Is this in a location you normally can get position?

I’m assuming you know that if you scroll over to look at another part of the map and you just need to press exit to get you back to your current position.

Go to the Lowrance website and type in the trouble your having in the tech support section they will be able to give you suggestions to the issues your having.

Yes the bus terminating resistors can go bad. I have had the resistors go bad and they definitely affect the GPS portion.

    Good luck.

It doesn’t acquire. And actually the spot that I’ve been starting out at is the same spot that it last aquired. It just flashes and shows a ? mark.

I’ll go to the Lowrance website and check that out. Thanx

Are there any satellites showing up at all on the satellite status window?

It could be that you aren’t getting enough signal from enough satellites to calculate a good position. You could also try disabling WAAS….I’ve seen that help more than once, especially when you bounce back and forth between position lost and position acquired.

I’ll have to look but I think it’s not acquiring at all as this is the 4th time I’ve turned it on and ran down river and still not gotten a signal. I’m guessing it’s the 120 ohm resister.

Called a buddy of mine at an repair place and he said most likely gps puck is out. I just sold an extra one last fall, too.
