    Hi all,
I’m getting the boat ready and need to clean the inside of the hull, but having a devil of a time trying to get the discoloration/hand prints/dingy film off. I have an aluminum hull with the typical off white color. I used the “instant” type cleaners (oxalic acid) on the outside with good results but it doesn’t seem to do the job on the inside. Any suggestions??

    Thanks,
    Don

I found a solution of 50% vinegar and 50% water works well. I keep a spray bottle with the solution and try this on the hard to remove spots. Good luck!

Try Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner. I use it on everything. It really works well and have not found it to damage anything.
