Any open water fishing in metro? other then river?

    just want to know if anyones getting any shore fishing for crappies in the metro or finding lakes in northern metro that are open enough for boats?

    O’dowd and Thole lakes are wide open and you can get your boat in on upper prior and parts of lower prior

    Well There are a few lakes open in the East Metro..Tanners, Demonterville,olson,Bale Eagle,Jane,Silver and White Bear will be all the way open in a day or two but the lake looks lower then other years…

    Along with the 20mph today. By the weekend, there won’t be much/any ice left in the metro.
