Is the river like chocolate milk yet?

I was looking to go up to pool 7 Thursday night. From the look of the forecast, the gates will be pulled all the way by sometime on Monday…forecasted for 646 and the gates are up at 643.5 I normally don’t fish much during the day, so I bit concerned over the conditions I’ll encounter….

How muddy is it getting?

From what I saw today, it looks pretty good. Mind you, that was on a bridge and at 65mph.

If what I can remember is true, the rollers are pulled at the 10ft mark. The river isn’t forecast to hit that mark yet. Monday’s river stage is forecast to be just over 8ft.

Thanks Blue – I talked to Terry at the Lock and went by what he said about Monday. He did say that was based on yesterday’s information and that it could change.

Hey I was just wondering what you were planing on fishing for on thursday?

If the mermaids are not cooperating, I’ll settle with a few eyes. After day break, I’ll hit a few bass and go back to eyes at night.
