Here’s my new 1950 Skeeter fresh off the transport! I got to see her for the first time this past week when I was over to Skeeter Boat Center for a seminar. I’m thrilled with the way it turned out and couldn’t be happier with the whole boat buying experience through Skeeter Boat Center! Dave and Dan have been incredible to work with.

Here’s what I have headed my way:

Skeeter 1950 with 225 4-Stroke Yamaha, T-8 Kicker, 101 Terrova on the bow, 8″ Lowrance HD at the helm along with a Humminbird 997. Lowrance 520 on the bow and a Lowrance 112 back at the kicker. The plan is for me to head over next friday and knock out the rigging with Dan and crew. After a little prop testing expect to see this new Skeeter zipping around on pool 4!

Welcome to the club Not sure if that dealer gives you the white shiping cover with the boat but I would ask for it.Its not a travel cover but it works very well for a storage cover. The only thing I dont like on those new trailers is where they put the spare tire carrier.Nice lookin boat

Congrats & sweet lookin ride! Im sure Dan & Dave will take great care of you at Skeeter Boat Center! Customer service is #1 in my book when looking to get any new toy.All the guys I have previously dealt with at the Marquart dealership & Skeeter Boat Center go above & beyond to make sure you get the best in value, quality & service for an outstanding buying experience! Now if I could convince myself (spouse)a new truck & Skeeter is in our budget & would look nice roaming about the northwoods. The gents from these dealerships will be my first & mostlikely only stop.Again AWESUM looking ride & great job at your recent seminar given at the Skeeter Boat Center! Can you say envious! Best of luck fishing in your new Skeeter! WHITE TIP

Now that right there is a “fishing machine”. Not sure where exactly the line is where it crosses over from just a boat, but this one definitely qualifies. Nothing like a new bug to brighten up the start to a new open water season. I think yours came on the same truck as my ZX225, hoping to get in mine this week as well. We will have to test out your propping once mine is broken in, I’ll give you a few feet of head start. My ZX will be one of the fastest fishing rigs on the water (without chine walk) after we are done setting this one up. Nothing like a tweaked and B&B’ed prop to pick up a few mph.

    Congrats on the boat!

That’s one nice looking boat, but I hope you don’t have the problems I had with skeeter and their warranty work! Although I bought mine from Frankies so maybe they’re the ones playing games? The only thing I can say is it’s been a terrible experience and they have not taken care of me at all!
