    True story.

    I was training a 16 year old to cook KFC chicken. I explained that we have to watch it’s freshness because it’s not frozen and could go bad if it isn’t rotated in the cooler.

    At todays KFC, it’s much easier than in the days when we had to cut each chicken into 9 pcs before cooking. Now they come pre cut to 8 pcs and two chickens in a bag.

    I said “the chicken is usable for 6 days, plus the kill date”. This guy looks at a pre cut peice of chicken, then me and says. This was alive?

    Everyone in America should work on a farm for 1 year minimum.
