I made a toolbar for the IDO community. It works with Internet Explorer and FireFox browsers.

The links let you quickly get around the site.

I can easily make changes to any part of it, so suggestions are welcomed.

It is an easy install and just as easy to uninstall if you wish.

The screen shots are too small, but you can get a preview by clicking the link below.

OUT STANDING! and here I thought I couldn’t have been any lazier in site surfing. SO when will this thing start reading for me?!

    Well done!

You can add a few things to it: An e-mail notifier, weather tab, and a radio with on-line stations.

All are kind of slick to have.

    I’ll look for that option.

SWEET!!!… Man don’t you guys love this web site..I think of all the places (sites) I’ve visited asking for info and input, this by far has been the best. .. Everyone here is helpful as well as friendly.. I don’t think I’ve come across a thread yet that was confrontational… .. I’ll install that tool bar as soon as I get back to the house…

On the left side of the toolbar (by the IDO logo) there is a drop-down menu. There are a few options in there to check out. Toolbar options, refresh, and ‘shrink’ are useful.

How do I uninstall the IDO Fishing toolbar?

    Internet Explorer users

    1. Click the Start button and then select Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
    2. In the list of programs, find the IDO Fishing toolbar, select it, and click Change/Remove.

    Firefox users

    1. In your browser menu, select Tools > Add-ons.
    2. Make sure the Extensions tab is selected.
    3. Select the IDO Fishing toolbar.
    4. Click the Uninstall button.

I tried to install on Firefox and it said it couldn’t install it.

I got a yellow bar at the top that said firefox prevented it from installing, but there was an “allow” button at the far right in the yellow bar, once I clicked the allow button, I had to click the install button again, and it flew right through.

That should do it ED, I’ve had to hit the ‘allow’ every time I’ve installed it.

    1. Click the Download Toolbar button.

    2. If you already have a community toolbar, you may see a window where you can choose to add the IDO Fishing toolbar in a click to your list of toolbars; you don’t need to download and install it unless you would like to have it as a separate row on your browser.

    3. Is the Software Installation window visible?

If yes: Click the Install Now button and then click Restart Firefox. Continue to step 9 below.

If no: Continue to step 4.

    4. Locate the yellow bar at the top of the page and click the Edit Options… button.

    5. Click the Allow button, and then click Close.

    6. Click the Download Toolbar button again.

    7. In the Software Installation window, click the Install Now button.

    8. When the download is complete, click Restart Firefox.

    9. In the Toolbar Setup window, make your selections and then click Finish.

I’m guessing you missed the discussion on allowing 2 lines per angler in Minnesota. But yes, 99% of the time, confrontation on here doesn’t exist.

A private message drop down menu has been added next to the hunting forum menu.

Let me know if you see it.

    Thanks.
