I recently took one of these for a power transmission cooperative I applied for, and they said I did not meet their standards on it. Are you kidding me? These tests are a joke, the questions are ridiculous. What kind of answers are they looking for? I have been a top employee at every job I’ve had, if I don’t meet the standards, then no one does.
Anyone have any insight on these things or ever taken one? I think they are a bunch of b.s. 
I put no stock in those tests. Any executive who is dumb enough to pay for them, well, I question their ability to run a company. I’ve taken one in particular multiple times at different jobs and interviews. The results are not suppose to vary, ever. Guess what, it’s been different each time. I asked the lady selling us the crap, she had some BS answer of course.
One thing you could ask the company is what didn’t they see in the test results. You may also consider side stepping HR and go right to the hiring manager.
